The MicroSTOP MU-PROMAX professional ultrasonic cleaner is designed to clean a variety of metal and plastic objects. It is used for cleaning medical, dental, beauty and manicure instruments, burs, jewellery, kitchen utensils, etc. A special feature of this model is the ceramic heater, which increases the water temperature up to 65°C for even deeper cleaning.

How to use
Installing the appliance
Place the ultrasonic cleaner on a flat, stable and dry surface. Make sure the appliance is correctly connected to a suitable electrical socket.

Fill the stainless steel tank with clean water (or a suitable disinfectant solution) to the level indicated. Never run the appliance empty.

Adding solution (if required)
If required, add a compatible cleaning or disinfecting solution, following the manufacturer's recommendations.
Placing instruments
Place the instruments in the basket (if supplied) or directly in the tank, without stacking them excessively, to allow the ultrasound to act effectively on all surfaces.
Setting parameters
Select the cleaning time (from 1 to 30 minutes) depending on the level of contamination.
Enable the heating function (40°C to 60°C) if required.
Use the "Degassing" mode when filling for the first time or after changing the solution to improve efficiency.
Start cleaning
Close the lid and start the cycle. Wait for the end of the programme without opening the appliance.
End of cycle
Once cleaning is complete, carefully remove the instruments. Rinse them with clean water if necessary and dry them thoroughly before sterilisation.
Draining and maintenance
Use the drain valve and hose to empty the tank. Clean and dry the tank after use.
Precautions
- Never operate the appliance without liquid in the tank.
- Use only solutions compatible with ultrasonic cleaners.
- Do not immerse the appliance or control panel in water.
- Unplug the appliance before any maintenance or cleaning.
- Do not touch the liquid or instruments during operation.
- Do not exceed the recommended temperature.
- Replace the solution regularly to ensure optimum effectiveness.
- Keep the device out of the reach of children.
- In the event of a malfunction (unusual noise, odour, overheating), switch off the appliance immediately and contact technical service.
