How to use
- Choose a PapmAm 100|180 file suitable for the reusable base.
- Remove the protective film from the adhesive.
- Attach the file to the clean, dry PapmAm base.
- Use the 180 grit to shape the nail.
- Use the 240 grit for finishing and refining.
- After use, remove and discard the file.
- Clean and disinfect the reusable base in accordance with hygiene standards.

- Use one file per client to ensure impeccable hygiene.
