KART - basic foot protocol (wet skin)

Apply the enzymatic peel to the entire foot, including the interdigital spaces and the top of the foot, to soften the skin and prepare the tissues for the next steps in the protocol.

Soak the KART Cottons Pedicure Applicators (70301) with KART Extra Liquid Remover (7032 / 7033), then apply them locally to the areas of keratosis, only on the areas previously treated with the enzymatic peel. This step softens the tissues and prepares them for removal in the following steps.

Wrap the entire foot with a film, going slightly up over the ankle, without exerting pressure. Make sure you keep the applicators in place to ensure the keratolytic product is effective.

After 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the keratosis, remove the film. Then remove the softened keratosis using an unsharpened KART scalpel.

Finish the treated areas using KART abrasive caps (Ø 10 mm or 13 mm, grit 60 to 180) or podiatric discs to even out the surface of the skin and achieve a smooth result.

Clean the foot with Balancing Feet Soap KART (7002 / 7001) to remove product residues. Rinse thoroughly with water.

Dry the foot thoroughly, then apply the KART cream adapted to the skin's needs (Soft Foot Cream KART 7719 or 7723) using massaging movements until completely absorbed. This treatment hydrates the skin and completes the protocol.
